It's good to be strong. It's important to stay safe. But overprotecting your heart will block the expression or receiving of love.
Time is a container to heal in, not the healer itself.
Responsibility is powerful. The more of it you claim in life, the more impact you'll have.
The Lord can do great things through those who don't care who gets the credit.
You are not your mental illness.
